We raise our own meat chickens and I keep the chicken fee. I blanch them to re.ease theskin, then put them in a pot and simmer until there isn’t much left as far as bones go. I cooled it a d was going to pressure can it but it was gel all the way to the bottom, so I freeze dried it I stead and turned it into powder. I use it in everything it is an amazing resource for collagen that not many folks use.
